Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Aicloudops course enrollments confirmed by invoice or written enrollment notice. Informational pricing on this website is not a charge.

Timeframe

Request a full refund within 7 days of payment and before completing more than 20% of graded drills. Requests after that window are evaluated for partial refunds only.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds are available when eligibility criteria are met and downloadable packs have not been extensively copied outside the learner portal. Partial refunds may be offered if a program is canceled by Aicloudops or if documented technical failures prevent access for more than 5 consecutive business days.

Non-refundable items

Archive Vault add-ons after download, private facilitator sessions already delivered, and third-party exam fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@aicloudops.digital with your full name, enrollment reference, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless a different method is required by your bank in Korea.

Cancellation

You may cancel future cohort seats before the cohort start date for a full refund minus a ₩40,000 administration fee. After the start date, the standard eligibility rules apply.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Force majeure events may delay delivery; in those cases we offer rescheduling before refund discussions.
